LHW chooses CRM service provider

Leading Hotels of the World has chosen Quaero's hosted CRM solution, to support its customer relationship marketing programs.

Leading Hotels of the World has chosen SpringBoard, Quaero’s hosted CRM solution, to support their customer relationship marketing programs.

Leading Hotels will utilize Quaero SpringBoard to drive marketing performance and manage CRM initiatives to key customers, including corporations and travel agents. The SpringBoard system will provide an integrated database and technology platform to drive global marketing programs for all constituencies including Leaders Club, the company’s customer loyalty program.

“The Leaders Club program is a very important part of our customer value proposition and marketing strategy,” says Allison Cripps, Director of Loyalty Marketing at Leading Hotels. “We were looking for a hosted marketing solution with integrated capabilities that would help us better understand and serve all our customers, but especially our valuable Leaders Club members.
