This engagement marks yet another win for Zentropy in the hotly-contested online travel segment. Zentropy’s Experience Planning group has conducted extensive research in the online travel reservation process, developing proprietary systems and an enormous knowledge bank for their travel clients. Recently, their work for Radisson Seven Seas Cruises, won a “Best of Show” award, by the Hospitality Sales & Marketing Association International. Other online travel clients include; Carlson Hospitality Worldwide, (Radisson Hotels, County Inns & Suites, Park Inn Hotels, Regent International Hotels, Park Plaza Hotels & Resorts), Citation Shares, and Caesars Entertainment, recently acquired by Harrah’s Entertainment.
