American Airlines and ticket middleman Travelport LP have delayed a showdown similar to ones that resulted in American flights disappearing from popular travel websites. American and Travelport said Friday that agreements due to expire over the next two months were extended through the end of the year. One of the deals, with Travelport affiliate Worldspan, was scheduled to end Sunday. The companies declined to comment on details.
