BootsnAll Travel Network (BTN), one of the largest publishers of online travel guidebooks, has launched four new travelogues, covering eco-travel, adventure travel, business travel and teaching English as foreign language.

A travelogue is both a blog and guidebook written by a travel expert who writes about various aspects of the topic daily. The travelogue provides objective news about the travel topic, while giving the most up-to-date online guidebook.

Carrie Thompson, author of Business Travel Logue, writes a daily update of Business Travel, discussing the most recent news of the day, while also giving travelers the important resources to make decisions about their upcoming business trips.

'It would be difficult to publish an actual guidebook on Business Travel,' said Thompson. 'What's news to business travelers changes each day. We try to keep our readers updated with the most important business travel news all the time, creating a specialized guidebook that keeps building over time.'

Since guidebooks are quickly outdated by the time they come off the bookstore shelves, BTN has responded to the growing need of travelers looking to get timely information while the information is still current.

BTN will launch more than 20 travelogues in the next year, covering themes, such as Study Abroad, and destinations such as Ireland, Australia, Bali, London and Paris.

According to BTN President Sean Keener, expert writers are what make BTN's travelogues unique. "We have created a network of real travel bloggers that care passionately about travel, ' said Keener. "Using all these bloggers insight, traveler's can find a personalized opinion, not a marketing brochure, on why they should go to a certain destination, or try, say, an adventure trip.
