Once GoogleTalk gets a significant number of users, what if Google tied in its AdWords and AdSense programs to the message subject line, or even the message text, of IM messages delivered via GoogleTalk?

Here's how I see this working. You've registered with GoogleTalk, and a presence-indicator that could be included with the utility knows that you are IM'ing (or even calling) from Portland, Oregon.

Then, maybe in your IM message, you write: hey, how about Chinese food tonight.

At that point, Google serves ads on the side of the GoogleTalk interface. Those ads would be for Chinese restaurants, and maybe even Chinese food delivery services, in your area.
