Parent company Cheung Kong Hutchison Holdings repurchased the equity interest from US-based Priceline Group, effectively bringing Hutchison Travel completely under its wing. Hutchison Travel has two brands under its umbrella – the international OTA and recently rebranded hutchgo.com, and full-service business travel management division, Hutchison Corporate Travel.
