The organization began culling low-producing members about 10 years ago, and the number of agency members continued to shrink when the 2009 recession drove consolidation and mergers. Lovell said that Travel Leaders Group, of which is a part, accounts for 33-35% of all North America agencies, and that accounts for roughly 26-28% of North America agent distribution.
